As of 2023, remittance contributes to 24.25% of Nepal’s GDP. So the Nepal’s economy heavily relies on the inflow income or the money sent from the migrant workers working abroad. And the Nepalese labor market seems to keep growing in an international arena.

On a very recent note, around the last quarter of 2022, the government of Japan and Nepal reached an agreement to open the labor market for Nepal through manpower agencies also. So with such landmark agreement between the two nations, labor market of Nepal can be regulated in an institutional way through manpower agencies in regard to workers being recruited to Japanese job market.

So with the recent development of situation of such kind and due to our close involvement with Japanese society and its people through various works that we carried out jointly in an institutional manner being tied under the organization namely Nepal Japan friendship society; And with much assessment and careful consideration regarding our values, core objectives and strengths, we reached a conclusion to work in collaboration with our Japanese partners to cater the need for workers in Japan, thereby establishing Nihon Employment Center Pvt. Ltd. The Center’s sole objective is to empower the unemployed youths by carefully selecting them through rigorous process and criteria and by providing them necessary orientation and training to develop them as a capable and skillful workers to match the international global market, specially Japan.

So, I am confident that workers selected from our agency will satisfy the diverse needs of workers in Japan in various sectors such as information technology, old age care homes, agriculture, hospitality, manufacturing and etc. In my capacity as chairman of this company, I would like to assure everyone concerned that the company will leave no stone unturned for the betterment of the workers and employers adhering within the guidelines and framework under the laws of international community and Nepal.
